Christmas and New Year Holiday Closure 2017

In observation of the 2017 Holiday Season Flow’s Aftermarket Customer Care, Technical Service, Inventory and Shipping Department hours of operation will change starting Friday, December 22^nd  as follows:

OPEN – 6:00am to 3:00 p.m. (PST)

• Friday, December 22^nd
• Tuesday, December 26^th – Friday, December 29^th

CLOSED (no after-hours or on-call service will be available on these days)

• Saturday, Sunday and Monday - December 23^rd , 24^th & 25^th
• Saturday, Sunday and Monday – December 30^th & 31^st and January 1^st

ON CALL / AFTER-HOURS / SERVICE AND PARTS

Service:  On-Call Technical Service support will be available after 3:00 PM on Tuesday, December 26^th – Friday, December 29^th at (800) 526-4810.

Parts:  On-Call Customer Care support will be available after 3:00 PM on Tuesday, December 26^th – Friday, December 29^th at (800) 526-4810 for emergency parts orders. The after-hours/weekend fee of $150.00 will apply, as well as any shipping charges via courier service/commercial airlines (door to door). Weight restrictions may apply, depending upon the part(s) being ordered. 

** There will be no after-hours service from 8:00pm PST Friday, December 22^nd thru Monday, December 25^th, or from 8:00pm PST Friday, December 29^th thru Monday, January 1^st.

 

SHIPPING SCHEDULE  

Our regular shipping schedule will apply on the OPEN days listed above, with the following exceptions:

DOMESTIC ORDERS

• Friday, December 22^rd – Overnight orders will not be delivered until Wednesday, December 27^th
• Friday, December 30^th – Overnight orders will not be delivered until Wednesday, January 3^rd  

** Orders picked up on Friday will not be processed by UPS/FedEx until the following Tuesday, with deliveries starting on Wednesday.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• Friday, December 22^rd – Wednesday, December 27^th – Orders submitted between Friday and Wednesday at 11am will be scheduled to ship on Wednesday, December 27^th
• Wednesday, December 27^th – Friday, December 30^th – Orders submitted after 11am Wednesday, or on Thursday and Friday will be scheduled to ship on Tuesday, January 2^rd.
