Emergency Customer Care
Customer Care representatives are on-call during non-business hours to handle emergency shipment requests. Calls are routed to customer service personnel via an after-hours cell phone. Domestic emergency part shipments are possible Monday through Friday between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, Saturday and Sunday 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. A minimum $155 courier service fee are applied to all after-hours shipments.

Technical Service is available for technical information, installation assistance, application questions, training, and service of equipment.

Technical Service representatives are on-call during non-business hours to handle emergency technical questions and help with troubleshooting. Calls are routed to technical service personnel via an answering service. Technicians can be reached Monday through Friday between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, and Saturday and Sunday 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
