Commonly asked questions
What kind of support does this program provide?
This program is designed to help operators improve cut quality, increase efficiency, and get more out of their Flow waterjet system. Among other things, support may include CAD/CAM workflow guidance, part programming help, cut strategy recommendations, material-specific advice, and machine calibration guidance when it affects cutting performance.
How will this benefit my business?
We can help improve cut accuracy, decrease cycle time, and improve consistency and part repeatability.
Why would I need application assistance?
- Programming - We can help write programs that require complex modeling and or pathing.
- Scaling - If you need large quantities of parts programed in a way that reduces waste, improves accuracy, or increases cut speed, we can help with that.
- Custom or exotic materials - If a waterjet can cut it, we probably have.
What does this service cost?
Every job requires a different amount of time and resources. Pricing is based on that. We will gladly look into your project at no cost and get back to you with a quote.
Is this only over the phone or is on-site support available?
