60k 3/8" Tee

A precision-machined ultra-high-pressure fitting used to branch or combine 3/8-inch tubing runs in Flow 60,000 psi waterjet systems. It provides a three-port junction for routing high-pressure water between pump, manifold, bleed-down, cutting-head, or accessory plumbing circuits while maintaining proper cone-style sealing geometry. Replace the tee if the port seats are scored, threads are damaged, or repeated leakage occurs after proper tube, gland, and collar installation.

Service note: Always depressurize the system fully before removing high-pressure fittings. During installation, inspect cone seats, glands, collars, and tubing ends for fretting or galling, and avoid forcing tube alignment into the tee because side loading can shorten fitting and tube life.
