The hydraulic piston that drives each side of Flow’s 87,000 psi HyperJet/94k intensifier. Housed inside the low pressure cylinder, it converts the pump’s oil pressure into linear motion that pushes the ceramic plunger, ultimately pressurizing the water on every stroke. The short block version (020080-1) is 2" shorter than the original long block (011304-1), letting technicians remove the rod pack without pulling the whole intensifier from the frame, cutting rebuild time nearly in half.
