Built for Flow HyperJet® PH2 intensifier systems operating in ultra-high-pressure waterjet applications. This assembly supports the hydraulic drive motion that transfers force through the intensifier, helping maintain consistent stroke performance, pressure generation, and long-term reliability in 87,000 psi pump operation. It is typically serviced during intensifier rebuilds, piston-side maintenance, or when wear in the hydraulic drive section begins affecting pressure stability or shift response.

  • 60K Biscuit Spacer (007029-1) — supports proper spacing and alignment in the intensifier piston assembly.
  • Intensifier High-pressure Plunger Assembly (010253-1) — pairs with the piston-side drive components to restore sealing surface quality and maintain pressure output.
  • 87K Intensifier Low-pressure Piston Short Block (020080-1) — used within the 87K piston assembly and helps convert hydraulic force into intensifier motion.
  • T-Seal (A-00251-18) — helps seal the low-pressure piston area and maintain hydraulic separation during cycling.
  • Internal Retaining Ring 3 Inch (A-0270-300) — secures internal components in position during intensifier operation.
  • Food Grade O-ring Grease 1/4 oz (A-4689) — used during seal and O-ring installation to reduce assembly damage and protect sealing surfaces.

Service tip: During installation, inspect adjoining seal surfaces, plungers, retaining hardware, and low-pressure seals for scoring, flattening, or uneven wear. Replacing worn mating components at the same time helps protect the new piston assembly and reduces the chance of pressure instability after startup.
