HyplexPrime Check Valve Body

Designed for Flow HyPlex® Prime direct-drive waterjet pumps operating at pressures up to 60,000 psi. This component houses and supports the internal check valve elements responsible for regulating water flow into and out of the high-pressure cylinder during each plunger stroke. Engineered to withstand repeated high-pressure cycling, the check valve body plays a critical role in maintaining pump efficiency and protecting surrounding components from pressure fluctuations and premature wear.

Service tip: Inspect the check valve body's internal bores, poppet seating areas, and sealing surfaces for erosion, scoring, pitting, or cracks whenever servicing the high-pressure pump section. Ensure the system is completely depressurized before servicing and verify compatibility with the specific HyPlex Prime pump configuration.
