87K Paser 4 Cutting Head Assembly 4"
87K Paser 4 Cutting Head Assembly 4"
The 87K Cutting Head Assembly 4" is a complete ultra-high-pressure cutting head assembly designed for Flow waterjet systems operating up to 87,000 psi. This assembly supports precise jet alignment through the orifice, mixing chamber, and mixing tube stack, helping maintain consistent abrasive entrainment, clean pierces, and stable cut quality in demanding production environments. Its 4-inch configuration is suited for setups requiring a compact, rigid cutting head arrangement with reliable high-pressure performance.
Individual parts included in this assembly:
- Paser 4 Nozzle Body 4.2 Inch (041137-1) — provides the main body structure for the Paser 4 cutting head and helps maintain proper alignment through the nozzle stack.
- Paser 4 Mixing Chamber Assembly (041138-1) — supports controlled abrasive entrainment and helps restore consistent jet formation in the cutting head.
- Precision Nozzle Body Collet 9/32 Inch ID (710806-1) — clamps the mixing tube securely inside the nozzle body to help maintain concentric alignment.
- Knurled Nozzle Nut 60K/90K (711589-1) — secures the nozzle body assembly and helps prevent movement that can affect cutting performance.
- CWJ and DWJ Spray Shield Clear (040411-1) — helps deflect splash and abrasive while allowing visibility around the cutting head during setup and operation.
- DWJ Blast Disk 38.75 MM OD (711933-1) — protects surrounding cutting head components from accelerated wear caused by abrasive splashback.
- Paser ECL and Paser 4 Mixing Tube Spacer (712265-1) — maintains accurate spacing between the mixing tube and chamber for proper cutting head alignment.
- 70 Durometer O-Ring (A-15034-1) — provides sealing support within compatible assemblies where a Buna-N 70 durometer O-ring is required.
- Mixing Chamber Cap (A-11080) — protects exposed ends and components from contamination or handling damage during maintenance.
- V-Ring Seal 800 ID .41 Inch (A-22752-11) — provides a sealing surface for compatible waterjet assemblies and helps protect against contamination intrusion.
Service tip: When replacing or rebuilding a cutting head assembly, inspect the nozzle body, mixing chamber, orifice, mixing tube, spacer, collet, retaining nut, shield, and seals as a complete stack. Worn or misaligned components can reduce jet coherence, increase taper, and shorten the life of newly installed parts.
