87k Water Only Cutting Head Assembly
The Water Only Cutting Head Assembly is a precision Flow cutting head component designed for pure waterjet cutting applications where abrasive delivery is not required. It supports clean, high-pressure water-only cutting for softer or thinner materials such as rubber, foam, plastics, gasket stock, textiles, insulation, and other non-metallic materials where edge quality, repeatability, and controlled jet alignment are critical.
Individual Products used/included in this Assembly:
- 87K Water Only Nozzle Body (041154-1) — houses the water-only nozzle components and supports accurate jet alignment in 87,000 psi cutting head assemblies.
- InstaJet Nozzle Retainer 1.063 Inch (B-1041-1) — helps secure the nozzle/orifice stack in compatible water-only cutting head configurations.
- Water Only Diamond Orifice (D-5071-10) — produces a consistent, high-pressure water stream for precision water-only cutting.
