60K Intensifier Low Pressure Cylinder

The honed stainless sleeve that forms the hydraulic oil chamber on every 60,000 psi ESL/Classic Flow intensifier. During each stroke it contains the low‑pressure (3,000 psi) piston/biscuit and delivers a straight, low‑friction bore so the rod seals stay cool, the shift sensor triggers, and full pressure reaches the high‑pressure end without energy loss. The body is precision machined from heat treated 17‑4 PH stainless, then finish lapped to a sub 8 µin Ra surface before being hydro tested to 1.5x working pressure.
