Waste Water Filter Assembly 110V 3/10 HP
Waste Water Filter Assembly 110V 3/10 HP
The Waste Water Filter Assembly is an electrically powered filtration assembly designed for wastewater handling in compatible Flow waterjet systems. Operating on 110V power with a 3/10 HP motor, the assembly supports controlled movement and filtration of process water to help manage suspended debris and contamination generated during waterjet operation. Maintaining the wastewater filtration circuit helps reduce solids accumulation and supports more reliable water-management system performance.
Related Products:
- Prefilter Bag — CLS Dirty Tank (A-22736-1) — captures larger debris in the dirty side of the CLS tank before it reaches downstream filtration components.
- 100 Mesh In-Tank Screen Filter 3.3 Inch Long (A-3582) — provides reusable screen filtration for removing chips, scale, and other solid contamination from process water.
- Filter Head 5 Inch Long (A-6059) — houses compatible in-tank screen filtration components and supports proper water flow through the filtration circuit.
- In-Tank Filter 8 Inch Long 2 Inch NPT (A-2122) — provides increased screen surface area for trapping debris while maintaining low flow restriction.
- 50 Micron Filter 20 Inch Long (A-00750-6) — provides additional particulate filtration where finer downstream water filtration is required.
Service tip: Periodically inspect the wastewater filtration system for accumulated solids, restricted flow, damaged screens, and clogged filter media. Verify the 110V electrical supply and disconnect power before servicing the motor, pump, or filtration components.
