Hyperjet Pump Filter

Designed for the hydraulic systems of compatible Flow HyperJet® and MotoJet® ESL waterjet pumps. This filter removes particulate contaminants, metallic wear debris, and other impurities from circulating hydraulic oil, helping protect pumps, valves, and precision hydraulic components from premature wear. By maintaining fluid cleanliness, the filter supports consistent hydraulic pressure, reliable intensifier operation, and efficient pump performance during demanding waterjet cutting applications. Regular replacement helps minimize contamination-related failures and extend the service life of critical hydraulic components.

Service tip: Replace the HyperJet pump filter at the intervals specified in the equipment maintenance schedule or when filter restriction indicates excessive contamination. During replacement, inspect the filter mounting surfaces, seals, and surrounding connections for leakage or damage. Ensure the hydraulic system is depressurized and follow the manufacturer's installation procedures. Verify the pump model and filter part number before ordering, as modern and legacy HyperJet systems may use different oil filtration elements that are not interchangeable.
