Heat Exchanger (Rated for 80 gpm, 500 psi, and 250 Degrees)
An OEM Flow cooling component designed to regulate hydraulic fluid temperature in Flow waterjet pump systems. Rated for 500 psi, 80 GPM, and a 250-degree temperature specification, this heat exchanger transfers excess heat from hydraulic oil to a separate cooling-water circuit through its internal tube bundle. Its shell-and-tube configuration provides efficient heat transfer while keeping the two fluid circuits isolated, helping maintain consistent oil viscosity, protect hydraulic components, and prevent excessive temperature buildup during extended cutting operations.

Service tip: Before installing a replacement heat exchanger, inspect the cooling-water supply, hydraulic fluid condition, and connecting lines for contamination or restrictions. Flush the cooling circuit as needed and verify proper flow through both sides of the exchanger. Confirm port configurations, mounting dimensions, and operating ratings before selecting a replacement, as similar heat exchanger models are not necessarily interchangeable.
