Metering Valve Housing Assembly

This stainless steel housing is the structural core of Flow’s abrasive metering valve for Paser 3 and Paser 4 cutting head applications. Precision bored cavities align the metering disk, plunger, and diverter in a straight stack, while twin O-ring grooves on each face seal both the low-vacuum abrasive inlet and the pressurized air circuit that drives the valve. Two ¼" 20 threaded bosses let the block bolt directly to the mini hopper bracket, making swap-outs quick and keeping abrasive feed rates factory accurate.
