Hardened stainless “double” cone that renews both sealing faces inside a 3⁄8" high pressure adapter. Drop it in whenever you re-tube: fresh 60° seats stop weepage, prevent cone fretting, and save the adapter block from costly replacement.
Use with:
- HP Adapter 3⁄8″ x 1⁄4″ (013149-1) — accepts the double cone and joins 3⁄8- and 1⁄4-inch lines.
- 87 K Whip Assembly ¼″ OD (040300-1)
- Bleed Down Tube Assembly 87K 3⁄8″ (042209-1)
- Manifold to End Cap Tube 60K 3⁄8″ (049717-1)
Service tip: insert cones are single-use. Replace them together with glands and collars whenever a line is re-torqued to guarantee leak free 60–87k psi service.
