87K Intensifier Check Valve Outlet Side Maintenance Kit
A specialized kit designed for regular servicing of the outlet side check valve in Flow’s ultra high pressure (87,000 psi) HyperJet® intensifier systems. This maintenance kit includes critical wear components that restore valve performance, improve sealing integrity, and help maintain consistent pressure cycling and pumping efficiency.
Kit Consists of the following:
Service tip: Worn poppets or springs can lead to poor check sealing, causing pressure drops, erratic pump operation, or even damage to seals and cylinders. It’s recommended to replace both inlet and outlet check valve kits together during service. Also, inspect the intensifier’s seal cartridges and bleed down valve at the same time to ensure reliable operation across the hydraulic system.
