The On/Off Valve II Maintenance Kit is a rebuild kit for Flow on/off valve assemblies, designed to restore fast, reliable jet shutoff and prevent leakage through the valve. It includes the critical sealing and wear components used in the valve’s poppet and seat area, helping maintain crisp open/close response, protect downstream orifices and mixing tubes, and reduce downtime caused by valve weeping or delayed shutoff.

Service tip: Replace the seat, poppet, seals, and backup rings together whenever leakage appears at the cutting head or during scheduled valve maintenance. Inspect the housing and shaft for scoring, galling, or misalignment before reassembly to help prevent premature seal wear.
