HyplexPrime PCV Maintenance Kit

An OEM service kit designed to refresh the pressure control valve on Flow HyPlex Prime direct-drive pump systems. The PCV helps regulate pump pressure and maintain stable cutting performance, so replacing worn sealing and control components during scheduled maintenance can help reduce pressure fluctuation, leakage, and inconsistent jet output. This kit is intended for use by technicians servicing the PCV circuit as part of routine pump upkeep or troubleshooting pressure-control instability.

Individual components:

• PCV Bearing Assembly (012906-1) — supports plunger alignment inside the pressure control valve during PCV rebuild service.
• PCV Plunger (049494-1) — replacement plunger used in the HyPlex Prime pressure control valve assembly.
• Dynamic Seal Plunger — 3/8 Inch ID (013033-1) — seals around the PCV plunger to help control leakage and maintain pressure response.
• 70 Durometer Black Nitrile Rubber O-Ring (A-0275-206) — Buna-N sealing ring used during PCV maintenance to restore static sealing performance.
• 70 Durometer Black Nitrile Rubber O-Ring (A-0275-119) — related Buna-N O-ring used in direct-drive pump and PCV maintenance procedures.
• 70 Durometer Black Nitrile Rubber O-Ring (A-0275-120) — companion static seal commonly replaced alongside other PCV wear parts.
• Food Grade O-Ring Grease 1/4 Ounce (A-4689) — used during seal and O-ring installation to reduce assembly damage and support proper seating.

Service note: Inspect the PCV sealing surfaces, fittings, and adjacent high-pressure components during installation. Always clean the valve area before reassembly, lubricate parts as specified in the service procedure, and verify pressure stability after restart before returning the machine to production.
