Swivel Maintenance Kit 3/8"

A rebuild set for compatible Flow 3/8-inch high-pressure swivel assemblies. It replaces the primary dynamic sealing, bearing, and support components that wear as the swivel rotates under ultra-high-pressure waterjet operation. Servicing these components together helps restore smooth swivel movement, maintain proper internal alignment, and reduce the risk of side leakage, excessive rotational resistance, and accelerated wear to the swivel shaft and body.

Individual Components:

• 70 Durometer Black Nitrile O-Ring (A-0275-017) — provides elastomeric sealing within the swivel assembly and helps prevent fluid migration around the internal component stack.
• 3/8 Inch ID Oil Seal (A-2007) — seals around the rotating shaft area while helping protect the bearing section from water and contamination.
• Swivel Bearing Surface x2 (A-2009) — provides a wear surface that supports smooth rotation and helps maintain proper positioning of the swivel’s rotating components.
• Swivel Roller Bearing (A-2010) — supports rotational movement under load and helps minimize friction within the swivel assembly.
• 3/8 Inch Swivel Seal Back-Up Ring (B-1789-1) — supports the high-pressure sealing element and helps prevent seal extrusion or deformation under operating pressure.
• 60K Swivel Seal Ring (B-1790-1) — provides a critical supporting and sealing surface within the high-pressure swivel seal stack.
• Swivel Dynamic Seal Assembly 0.169 Inch ID (B-1791-2) — forms the primary dynamic high-pressure seal around the moving swivel components while allowing rotational motion.
• Silicone Dipped High Resiliency O-Ring (B-8075-009) — provides resilient sealing support and helps maintain compression through repeated swivel movement and pressure cycling.

Service tip: Inspect the swivel shaft, body bore, bearing surfaces, and sealing areas for scoring, galling, corrosion, or dimensional wear before installing the maintenance kit. Lubricate and install seals according to the applicable Flow service procedure, verify that the rebuilt swivel rotates smoothly at zero pressure, and perform a low-pressure leak check before returning the assembly to full operating pressure.
