Direct Drive Dynamic Seal 9/16" ID

A self energizing polymer ring that forms the primary water seal in Flow’s Husky 40K, Husky 55K and 94K HyperJet intensifier rod packs. The tough HDS White compound (Flow’s proprietary high density PTFE blend) flexes under pressure to grip the ceramic plunger, holding a bubble tight seal up to the pump’s full rated pressure while resisting hydro abrasion from trace garnet fines.

Change the dynamic seal every 500 pump hours (or at the first sign of rod pack weepage). Always install a fresh 009215‑1 back up ring behind the seal and lightly oil the plunger surface before start up. This keeps the rod‑pack running leak free, protects the ceramic plungers from scoring, and lets your Husky or HyperJet pump deliver full rated pressure between major rebuilds.
