1" Diameter U-Cup Seal

This polyurethane U-cup that rides in the seal carrier stack of Flow’s direct drive and Husky series pumps. The beveled lips flex outward under pressure to seal in both directions, while the solid heel resists extrusion when the carrier is torqued to the pump’s full 40 – 55 ksi rating. Its precise 0.75 in bore, 1 in OD and slim 0.125 in width maintain critical clearances around the ceramic plunger and let cooling oil circulate behind the high-pressure dynamic seal.
