Flow’s A-19560 “black box” is the sealed electronics pack that orchestrates every stroke-reversal on 94k HyperJet® intensifier pumps. Inside, a rugged PCB interprets proximity-sensor signals from each piston end, fires the twin pilot-valve coils, and tells the PLC exactly when the intensifier has shifted—keeping pressure ripple low and cut quality high.
