Factory set cartridge that screws into the pump’s hydraulic manifold and pops open at 2,950 psi to bypass excess oil pressure, protecting pistons, seals and hoses from spikes. Flow also offers a 3,200 psi version ( 041403‑220) for higher‑pressure circuits.
Service tip: Replace the valve any time it weeps or after a pump over pressure event. Log gauge readings before/after install, and if the circuit still peaks above spec, move up to the 3,200 psi version or check for a stuck compensator.
