Instajet I On/Off Valve Actuator Assembly
A compact pneumatic “top works” that bolts onto Flow’s 60,000 psi mini on/off valve body and snaps the jet open or closed in milliseconds. A stainless cylinder, guided piston, and return spring translate 80 – 100 psi shop air into crisp, repeatable motion while keeping abrasive splash out of the air circuit; two cap screws and a dowel align the unit. No shimming, timing, or high pressure tear down required.

Service tip: If the valve hesitates or fails to open fully, swap the actuator’s piston seal and spring, then rebuild the high‑pressure stack with kit (711484‑1) during the same downtime window to restore “like new” performance.
