60K Adapter 1/4" Male to 3/8" Female

Stainless step down fitting that joins a 3⁄8 inch high pressure line or manifold port to a ¼ inch whip or tube while preserving the full 60,000 psi rating. The adapter’s internal bore is match reamed to minimize pressure drop, and its dual 60° cone seats accept standard Flow insert cones, glands, and collars so you can renew the sealing faces without replacing the body.

Service tip: always install a fresh double insert cone plus new glands and collars whenever you break the adapter joint, doing so ensures leak free 60K service and protects manifolds and tubing from cone fretting.
