60K On/Off Valve Body

The 60K On/Off Valve Body is the main high-pressure housing for Flow 60,000 psi on/off valve assemblies. It supports the internal seat, poppet, seals, and actuator interface that control the start and stop of the waterjet stream. A properly maintained valve body helps preserve valve alignment, sealing integrity, and fast shutoff response, reducing the chance of weeping, delayed closure, or premature wear in the cutting head assembly.

Service tip: Inspect the valve body for washout, scoring, damaged sealing surfaces, or thread wear before installing new internal components. Replacing seals, seat, and poppet in a worn body may not fully correct leakage if the housing can no longer hold proper alignment.
