60K Bleed-down Valve Repair Kit

A complete maintenance kit designed to refurbish the bleed down valve in Flow’s 60,000 psi waterjet pump systems. Equipped with essential components such as high pressure seals, poppet, seat, bushing, seal hoop, and multiple O-rings, this kit ensures proper depressurization and reliable, safe valve operation under high pressure cycling. 

Kit consists of the following:

• 1 x O-ring - 008 (A-0290-008)
  
• 1 x O-ring - 114 Buna-N (A-0275-114)
  
• 1 x O-ring - 114 Back up ring N3000 (A-0276-114)
• 1 x Bushing Sleeve Poppet (B-5700-1)
• 1 x Seal Blue (B-5701-2)
• 1 x Poppet (B-5702-1)
• 1 x Seat (B-5703-1)
• 1 x Seal Hoop (B-5723-1)
• 1 x O-ring - 908 (A-0274-6)
• 1 x O-ring - 912 (A-0274-8)

Service tips: proper functioning of the bleed-down valve is vital for safe and smooth depressurization—worn seals or seats can lead to abrupt decompression and potential damage to the pump system. It is best practice to replace both inlet and bleed-down valve kits simultaneously during maintenance, and to inspect valve assemblies for wear on every service interval.
