87K Intensifier Check Valve Maintenance Kit

A comprehensive OEM kit for Flow’s 87,000 psi HyperJet® intensifier systems. It includes critical replacement components restoring proper sealing and ensuring consistent check valve operation. 

Kit consists of the following:

• 1 x Retainer Screw (004380-1)
• 1 x Inlet Poppet (015384-1)
• 1 x Inlet Guide (010564-1)
• 1 x Outlet Seat (014388-1)
• 1 x Outlet Poppet (011309-1)
• 1 x O-ring - 131 (A-0275-131)
• 1 x Spring (A-1606)
• 1 x Outlet Seat Bullet (060652-1)

Service tip: worn components in the outlet check valve can lead to inefficient pressure build-up, pressure loss, or even system damage. It’s best practice to service both inlet and outlet kits together, and inspect the seal cartridge and bleed down valve at the same time to ensure overall pump health and consistent high-pressure performance.
