87K Intensifier Check Valve Inlet Replacement Kit
OEM inlet-side rebuild set for HyperJet®/87 K intensifiers. Restores fast fill and crisp reseat by renewing the inlet stack—typically the inlet poppet, guide, spring and seals—so line pressure stays stable after every stroke. Use at the first sign of chatter, backflow, or slow pressure recovery, or on your scheduled service interval.
Kit includes:
- 2x ESL Intensifier Screw (004380-1)
- 2x Stainless Steel Poppet (015384-1)
- 2x Check Valve Guide (010564-1)
Service tip: After installing the inlet kit, inspect the outlet poppet and seat and verify pressure recovery at startup. Renew both sides together for the quickest reseat and longest service life.
