The main structural housing for the ECL Plus cutting-head stack on Flow 60,000 psi abrasive waterjet systems. It supports alignment between the orifice, mixing chamber, collet, nozzle nut, and mixing tube so the high-pressure stream remains centered through the abrasive mixing path. A worn or damaged nozzle body can contribute to poor abrasive draw, inconsistent kerf quality, premature mixing tube wear, or leakage at the cutting head assembly.

Service tip: When replacing the nozzle body, inspect the chamber bore, orifice seat, mixing tube, collet, nut threads, and all sealing surfaces as a complete stack. Even small alignment errors in the cutting head can reduce abrasive draw, increase taper, and shorten the life of new wear parts.
