ECL Plus Mixing Chamber Assembly

The ECL Plus Mixing Chamber Assembly is a precision abrasive-delivery component used in Flow Paser® ECL Plus cutting head systems. This assembly supports proper abrasive entrainment by maintaining alignment between the orifice, mixing chamber, and focusing tube, helping produce a coherent cutting stream for consistent kerf quality and efficient abrasive use. Replace the mixing chamber assembly when internal wear, reduced vacuum draw, inconsistent abrasive flow, or declining edge quality begins to affect cut performance.

Service tip: For best cut quality, inspect the orifice, mixing tube, collet, and nozzle nut whenever the mixing chamber is replaced. A worn or misaligned component in the cutting head stack can shorten mixing chamber life and cause poor abrasive draw, taper, or inconsistent edge finish.
