The Duraflow® Orifice is a diamond orifice used to create a precise, coherent high-pressure waterjet stream before abrasive is introduced in the cutting head. Its diamond jewel construction provides excellent wear resistance and helps maintain consistent jet diameter over extended cutting runs, improving cut quality, abrasive efficiency, and repeatability. Available in multiple orifice diameters, this orifice should be matched to the correct mixing tube size and application requirements for the best balance of speed, edge finish, and component life.
