The core of Flow’s Paser ECL cutting head, this precision-machined stainless body surrounds a carbide venturi that draws abrasive evenly and keeps the jet coherent at pressures up to 60k psi. Mirror smooth inlets maintain a strong vacuum signal, while hardened bore seats resist chipping so abrasive flow stays stable shift after shift. Replace the chamber at the first sign of erosion to restore razor sharp kerfs on composites, glass and exotic metals.

Used with:

  • Duraflow® Diamond Orifice (014155-xx) — pairs with the mixing chamber to form the high-pressure waterjet before abrasive mixing.
  • 60 K Paser ECL Plus Nozzle Body (014196-1) — stainless housing that clamps the mixing-chamber stack.
  • Mixing Tube QBIC Plus (010460-xx) — ROCTEC 500 liner that focuses the abrasive jet.
  • Precision Collet .281-.242 in (A-23161-8) — locks the mixing tube with repeatable preload.
  • Knurled Nozzle Nut 60K/90K (711589-1) — secures the entire chamber-orifice-tube stack.

Service tip: Replace the mixing chamber whenever inlet-edge wear exceeds 0.003 in or after roughly 40 cutting hours with 80 mesh garnet. Always pair it with a fresh orifice and mixing tube to regain full jet power and protect the new chamber from premature wash out.
