High-Pressure Mechanical Shift Actuator Pin
Hardened, split-style pin that provides the mechanical backup trigger for stroke reversal on Flow intensifiers. If the electronic shift signal is missed, the pin physically trips the shift mechanism at end-of-stroke to prevent over-travel, pressure spikes, and seal damage. Replace any time the tip is mushroomed, bent, or worn.

Service tip: set pin projection per the service manual and use medium-strength threadlocker on the jam nut. After install, jog the pump at low pressure and verify clean reversals on both ends.
