Electronic Shift Proximity Sensor Assembly
Electronic Shift Proximity Sensor Assembly
24 V, stainless housed proximity sensor that monitors piston position on Flow intensifiers, telling the shift module when to reverse stroke so line pressure stays rock steady. The fully potted M12 connector shrugs off vibration and oil spray, while the stainless mounting sleeve lets you set air gap in seconds and lock it with a single jam nut.
Related Flow® Components:
- Shift Sensor Actuator Pin (B‑8346‑1) — stainless pin that trips the sensor each stroke.
- Electronic Shift Module Assembly (A-19560) — PCB/controller that reads the sensor signal and fires the pilot coils.
- Shift‑Sensor Cable Assembly 4‑pin (713802-xx) — pre terminated cord set that plugs the sensor into the module.
- Compression Spring .396 ID × .48 OD (A-2409) — return spring that resets the actuator pin for the next cycle.
- Intensifier Split Pin (backup shift trigger) (B‑1611‑1) — mechanical fail safe that works with the electronic sensor.
Service tip: Replace the sensor at the first sign of missed or double shifts, and always renew the actuator pin and cable at the same time to keep stroke timing crisp and protect plungers, seals and check valves.

The OEM Difference
No one tests like Flow. Flow OEM parts deliver unmatched precision, durability, and safety. Every component is engineered to outperform and outlast the rest.
