87K Swivel Seal 1/4" ID

The 87K Swivel Seal with a 0.25-inch inside diameter is a blue LSP high-pressure sealing component designed for Flow waterjet swivel assemblies operating at pressures up to 87,000 psi. Installed within the swivel's internal sealing system, this component helps prevent high-pressure water leakage around the rotating shaft while allowing smooth cutting head articulation. It supports consistent pressure containment during multi-axis cutting operations and is compatible with designated Flow 87K single-axis and dual-axis swivel assemblies.

Service note: Before replacing swivel seals, completely depressurize the waterjet system and inspect the swivel shaft, seal hoop, and back-up rings for scoring, deformation, or excessive wear. Follow Flow's recommended installation and pressure-testing procedures before returning the swivel assembly to operation.
