Ultra High Pressure Valve Seal 0.188" ID
This small Delrin® (acetal) ring is the primary dynamic seal inside Flow’s 94k psi bleed down valve used on HyperJet® and other high output intensifier pumps. Press fit onto the stainless poppet stem, it flexes radially under line pressure so the poppet nose can seat, then springs open when the valve vents the attenuator. This engineering grade polymer combines low friction with excellent creep resistance, preventing stem galling and maintaining a leak free shut off for millions of cycles.
