The 87K Bleed-Down Valve Repair Kit contains the essential OEM wear components needed to service the bleed-down valve on Flow HyperJet® high-pressure pump systems.
Kit includes:
- 1 x Poppet Stainless Steel (011746-1)
- 1 x Seal .188 ID (011747-1)
- 1 x Bearing Sleeve Poppet Bronze (011748-1)
- 1 x Backup Ring (011749-1)
- 1 x Seat Stainless (013051-1)
- 1 x O-ring - 212 (A-0275-212)
- 1 x Backup Ring - 212 (A-0276-212)
- 1 x O-ring - 010 (A-0290-010)
- 1 x O-ring - 908 (A-0274-6)
- 1 x O-ring - 916 (A-0274-10)
Service note: Fully depressurize the system before servicing the bleed-down valve. Inspect the valve body, actuator, connected tubing, and sealing surfaces for scoring, leakage, or damage before returning the pump to operation.
