25 Liter Bleed Down Seat
Precision lapped stainless seat that forms the hard sealing surface inside Flow’s bleed down (“dump”) valve. When the poppet closes, this seat must hold back the full surge from a 25L attenuator (up to 87 k psi on HyperJet pumps) without wire drawing or pitting.

Service tip: Treat the 013051‑1 seat as a consumable. Install a fresh one with a new poppet each time you rebuild the bleed down valve to maintain a mirror‑finish sealing couple and ensure lightning fast venting after every E stop.
