The 60K High and Low Pressure Seal Kit with Filters is designed for maintenance of 20X dual 60,000 psi pump assemblies, supporting both water-side high-pressure sealing and low-pressure hydraulic sealing service. This kit helps restore pressure stability, reduce leakage, and maintain proper pump cycling by replacing critical wear components during scheduled rebuilds. The included filters also support cleaner system operation by helping protect sealing surfaces and internal pump components from contamination-related wear.

• 60K Intensifier High Pressure Seal Kit x4 (001198-1) — refreshes the high-pressure rod pack sealing components during intensifier service.
• Intensifier Check Valve Repair Kit 40K 50K 60K x8 (015866-1) — includes key wear components for rebuilding the intensifier check valve assembly.
• 60K Low Pressure ESL Intensifier Seal Kit x2 (010641-1) — replaces low-pressure seals, rings, and O-rings used in 60K ESL intensifier maintenance.
• Blue Lubricant 2 Ounce x2 (A-2185) — supports proper installation and future serviceability of threaded high-pressure components.
• 60K Bleed-down Valve Repair Kit x1 (004694-1) — includes the seals, poppet, seat, bushing, seal hoop, and O-rings needed to refurbish the 60K bleed-down valve.
• 0.45 Micron Water Filter Cartridge 10 Inch Long x2 (A-1449) — helps remove fine contaminants from the water supply to protect pump components and sealing surfaces.
• 1 Micron Water Filter Cartridge 10 Inch Long x2 (A-1555) — provides fine filtration to help reduce particle-related wear in sensitive waterjet components.
