A complete high-pressure cutting head configuration designed for Flow 60,000 psi waterjet systems. The integrated right-angle connection helps route the high-pressure line cleanly where space is limited, reducing tube strain while keeping the on/off valve, adapter, and cutting head stack aligned. This assembly supports consistent jet formation, abrasive mixing, and repeatable cut quality in standard 60K abrasive cutting applications.

Individual components included in this assembly:

  • On/Off Valve II Subassembly (012506-1) — controls high-pressure water flow upstream of the 90° cutting head connection.
  • 60K Paser ECL Plus Nozzle Body (014196-1) — houses and supports the nozzle stack for stable abrasive jet alignment.
  • 3/8 Inch On/Off Valve High-Pressure Collar (002895-1) — secures the high-pressure on/off valve connection and helps maintain proper sealing.
  • 60K Cutting Head Assembly (014192-1) — a standard 60K cutting head option used in compatible Flow cutting systems.
  • 60K Adapter 3/8 Inch to 1/4 Inch (A-0792-1) — transitions between 3/8 inch and 1/4 inch high-pressure connections in 60K plumbing layouts.

Other related products:

  • On/Off Valve Cutting Head Adapter 90 Degree (044866-1) — creates the compact right-angle connection between the on/off valve outlet and cutting head assembly.
  • 60K On/Off Valve Assembly with 90 Degree Fitting (014235-1) — controls high-pressure water flow upstream of the 90° cutting head connection.
  • 60K 1/4 Inch 90 Degree Dual Axis Swivel Assembly (B-5725-1) — provides two-axis motion control while protecting high-pressure lines from twisting.
  • 60K Anti Vibration Gland Collar (A-2867) — stabilizes the cutting head connection and helps reduce vibration-related wear.

Service note: Before installation, inspect the 90° fitting, cone-and-thread connections, mixing tube bore, orifice seat, and on/off valve interface for wear or contamination. Proper alignment and clean sealing surfaces are critical for preventing leaks, maintaining stream coherence, and extending cutting head life.
